Position: Executive Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

Inbox Management: Take control of our CEO’s email inbox, ensuring messages are organized, prioritized, and responded to promptly and professionally.

Diary Management: Efficiently manage our CEO’s schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize their time.

Follow Instructions: Ability to comprehend and execute instructions accurately, maintaining consistency and reliability in all tasks.

Motivated to Excel: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and a drive to exceed expectations in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record as a virtual assistant with a focus on inbox and diary management. Previous experience supporting high-level executives preferred.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in email management tools and calendar applications. Familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
