Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of salespeople. The aim is to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

We work in a fast-paced industry. So it’s crucial that our Sales Team Lead would:

– Be a fast learner
– Pay close attention to detail
– Follow instructions to the letter

Responsibilities:

– Setting goals and analyzing sales performance
– Providing feedback and coaching to sales team members
– Identifying any areas of concern that could impact the performance of team members
– Providing hands-on direction for all activities and projects
– Communicating any pertinent information regarding project timelines, goals, or objectives to team members
– Ensuring customer inquiries are responded to
– Building relationships with key customers
– Develop and implement sales strategies
– Analyze customer data and trends

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

– Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
– Experience with CRM software (we use Zoho CRM)
– Sales and management experience

Working Hours:

Full-time: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Benefits:

– Qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
– We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary: $560-$800/month depending on skill level and experience
