Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant with exceptional English skills to specialize in appointment setting through Instagram and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team by coordinating calendars and ensuring a smooth handoff, utilizing your outstanding conversational writing skills.
Lead Generation: Conduct research on LinkedIn and Instagram to find leads that match our target customer profile, using your strong written English to craft messages that resonate.
Content Creation: Develop personalized messages and comments that engage our target audience, ensuring all communications are grammatically correct and stylistically appealing.
Follow-Up: Maintain a diligent follow-up schedule with prospects, using your writing skills to send reminders that are both courteous and compelling.
Reporting: Track engagement, response rates, and appointment success rates, providing detailed reports that demonstrate your ability to communicate findings effectively in written English.
Customer Service: Professionally address queries and concerns of potential clients on Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring a positive brand experience through your exceptional conversational writing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, offering insights and strategies that reflect your understanding of effective communication in English.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to converse very well in writing, engaging prospects, and converting leads into appointments.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role focused on social media engagement.
