Superstar Marketing Manager for eCommerce Company (Min 5 yrs Experience required, work from home)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Starbond’s products and services.
2. Oversee affiliate marketing programs, nurturing relationships with partners to maximize brand exposure and revenue.
3. Manage SEM and SEO strategies, continuously optimizing for improved online visibility and traffic.
4. Execute Amazon, Meta, and Google PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
5. Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
7. Provide effective team leadership, guiding and inspiring the marketing team to achieve their goals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution.
4. Proficiency in affiliate marketing, SEM, and SEO concepts and strategies.
5. Proven experience in managing Amazon, Meta, and Google PPC campaigns.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute online marketing campaigns effectively.
7. Exceptional analytical and market research skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team.
