Job Description

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Project Manager with a strong focus on graphics design to lead and oversee design projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality graphics design work while meeting project goals, deadlines, and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution:
Lead and manage graphics design projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders, and design teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
2. Design Coordination:
Work closely with in-house or freelance graphics designers to create design concepts and visuals that meet project objectives.
3. Resource Allocation:
Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage project resources, including designers, to ensure project milestones are met.
4. Timeline Management:
Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Monitor and track project progress and report on any deviations.
5. Quality Assurance:
Review and ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
Conduct design reviews to align with client expectations and project goals.
6. Budget Management:
Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.
7. Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Proactively address project issues to keep projects on track.
8. Project Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including design briefs, project plans, and status reports.

Job Requirements

1. Project Management Skills:
Proven 4 years experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
2. Graphic Design Expertise:
Proficiency in graphics design concepts and tools, with an understanding of design principles.
Ability to provide design guidance and direction to design teams.
3. Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in design work and project management.
4. Team Leadership:
Experience in leading and coordinating design teams, both in-house and external designers.
5. Time Management:
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Budget Management:
Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
7. Creative Vision:
A creative eye for design and the ability to conceptualize and articulate design ideas.
8. Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively.
9. Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, client feedback, and design trends.
10. Software Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
11. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Graphics Design, Multimedia Arts or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
