If you have a proven track record in calling For Sale By Owners (FSBOs) and Expired listings, excel in objection handling, and are committed to exceeding performance metrics, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Lead Generation:
Execute outbound calls to For Sale By Owners and Expired listings.
Make 150-200 calls a day, combining phone calls with strategic text messages.
Effective Communication:
Actively listen to seller needs and concerns.
Demonstrate proficiency in real estate terminology.
Build rapport with potential sellers to establish trust and credibility.
Objection Handling:
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
Qualify seller interest and determine motivation to sell.
Appointment Setting:
Live transfer qualified leads or schedule appointments with the team leader.
Ensure smooth communication and handover of leads to the sales team.
Follow-Up and Metrics Tracking:
Implement systematic follow-up procedures to nurture leads over time.
Keep detailed records of performance metrics and provide regular updates.
CRM Proficiency:
Utilize real estate-related CRMs (KvCORE, Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks, Go HighLevel, Vulcan 7).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
Efficiency and Punctuality:
Work efficiently to meet daily call and appointment-setting targets.
Be punctual and reliable during the agreed-upon 15-20 hours per week.
Technical Requirements:
Possess a noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
Use a fast computer with reliable high-speed internet.
Versatility and Adaptability:
Handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Be versatile in managing different CRM platforms.
