We seek a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support the administrative tasks associated with our thriving online membership programme. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the willingness and ability to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support for Content Creation:
Coordinate content production timelines and schedules.
Assist in uploading and formatting content on our WordPress website, the membership area on the website and social media platforms
Handle file management, including organising and storing digital content assets.
Research and gather data or resources as needed to support content creation.
Use of Canva to create images for membership and social media content
2. Communication & Scheduling
Upload and schedule emails to the business email list
Schedule and coordinate meetings or group coaching sessions related to the membership
3. Community Management:
Help with monitoring and managing our members-only Facebook group.
Engage with members, foster positive interactions, and ensure adherence to group guidelines.
Coordinate and schedule group events or group coaching calls.
5. Project Administration
Uploading content to the WordPress website & member’s area
Working on improved systems and processes related to the membership
Supporting the development of new member resources, new products and projects

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to focus and prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to learn and work with a wide range of online content platforms and tools (training will be provided)
Ability to work effectively and efficiently online
Desirable Skills (any/all of these would be beneficial):
Some experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Some experience with Canva as a graphic design tool
Some experience with basic tasks on a WordPress website (no developer or coding skills are required)
Some experience in using email, calendar, and file storage applications would be beneficial, in particular Google Docs, Google Sheets, shared folders and Google Drive
Some experience with social media management
Benefits & Compensation:
This is a part-time, salaried position, working approx. 3-4 hours per day (Monday-Friday). However, there is potential for this to increase over time to a full-time position for the right person. This is a great opportunity to learn a whole heap of content development/creation skills and gain experience with a range of software tools.
The successful candidate will be expected to log in and check their specific task dashboard daily, in our project management tool, ClickUp, to work through the required tasks. As part of the role, you will be required to report your progress daily via email. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and get support if you need clarification on something.
Full and ongoing training will be provided as relevant to the specific tasks and tech tools or software used.
