We are looking for a Supplier Relations Representative who can help us source for potential suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, mostly based in the US, that we can partner with.
We’re only looking for full-time long-term, ongoing cooperation.
You choose your own hours. We believe that our team members perform best when they are given flexibility.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Sourcing for new suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, mostly located in the US
– Building rapport with potential suppliers, manufacturers and distributors over the video calls, phone calls, and emails
– Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing suppliers
– Negotiating price, shipping and payment terms with suppliers
– Research on industry & competitor websites to find potential suppliers
Requirements:
– At least 2 years’ experience in sourcing processes, or outbound B2B sales (sales that are hard to close, take time, multiple follow ups)
– Experience in sourcing suppliers directly in English speaking markets (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ). Alternatively, outbound B2B sales experience in these markets is also OK
– Experience with negotiations (preferably negotiations with suppliers, experience with negotiations with clients is also OK)
– Effective written and verbal English communication skills
– Confidence on video calls and phone calls
– Fluency in spoken English
– Sound time-management and organizational skills
– Strong internet connection
Benefits of the Position:
• commission of $10-$150 per supplier account opened depending on the type of account opened. The commission is not capped. Based on historical data from our company, this position can earn $1,100/month on average, up to $1,950/month
• flexible schedule except for a few scheduled meetings
• 15 paid days off per year and unlimited not paid days off
• unlimited overtime (over 40 hours/week) paid at the same rate as the regular hours – 100% optional
