Supplier/Client Sourcing Assistant (Virtual Assistant)

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a talent for identifying and attracting potential suppliers and clients? We are currently seeking a Supplier/Client Sourcing Assistant to join our French wholesale company. In this virtual role, you will be responsible for sourcing and establishing relationships with European suppliers and clients, contributing to our company’s growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential suppliers or clients from European countries.

– Initiate contact through introductory emails to establish business relationships.

– Assist the business development department with assigned tasks.

– Record essential business information about each company, including supplied brands, import/export activities, and their interest in partnering with our company.

– Ensure the accuracy of all saved information, including company names, contact persons, email -addresses, phone numbers, and brand names.

– Daily transfer all saved information to the business development manager.

– Maintain a shared Excel file on Google Drive to store data and information.

– Document every call and contact made in a shared drive document.

Requirements:

– Excellent written English skills.

– Strong communication skills to establish and maintain business relationships.

– Self-organizational skills and ability to manage daily tasks effectively.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business growth opportunities.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

– High-level knowledge of Google applications, such as Google Drive and Sheets.

– Experience in sourcing, particularly in supplier/client sourcing among European countries (preferred).

– Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client sourcing roles (an advantage).

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficiency in using lead generation tools and online platforms for client sourcing.

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
