Our working hour is from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (Singapore Timezone).
You are required to be available off work when needed for urgent tasks. No moonlighting is allowed during work hour

About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our shipment and inventory operations across multiple platforms, including Amazon (AMZ), Deliverr, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The Supply Chain Assistant will work closely with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, and freight forwarders, to ensure that all shipments and inventory are accurately tracked and managed.

Responsibilities
– Assist in creating shipment IDs and labels in AMZ, DLV, and 3PL platforms.
– Review carton labels for accuracy pasted by suppliers.
– Upload delivery orders (DO) and proof of delivery (POD) from freight forwarders in Google Drive.
– Daily upload Deliverr shipment and inventory status in the in-house system.
– Check daily for any new inbound shipment received in AMZ, DLV, or 3PL and update the group accordingly.
– Check daily and update any missing tracking numbers in AMZ for shipments.
– Create and cancel MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) orders as needed.
– Assist in creating and maintaining placeholder shipments.
– Daily check for inbound and removal units received by 3PL and update in the in-house system, Asana, and the group.

Requirement
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience in a shipment and inventory role preferred.
– Familiarity with shipment arrangement.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
