Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to help facilitate the movement of goods and services from manufacturers to consumers. This person will oversee product delivery and manage inventory, procurement, and logistics. This person is responsible for day-to-day transactional support, data input, report generation, record maintenance, customer and vendor interaction, and issue escalation. Their role is vital for ensuring the seamless functioning of the supply chain process, involving coordination across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery activities, while maintaining quality standards and timely product delivery.

Job Duties:
• Coordinate and manage the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, especially working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and US truckers from port to warehouse.
• Collaborate with shippers (factories) and freight forwarders to ensure timely CRD, ship dates, and deliveries.
• Ensure information from third parties is accurate—Problem-solve unexpected supply chain changes by working with alternate logistics partners.
• Analyze data and generate reports on supply chain performance upon request.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and third parties.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Supply Chain coordination for an e-commerce company is required
• Skill in Excel is required
• Experience coordinating LTL deliveries in the US is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external contractors
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Additional Requirements
• Availability to work Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time
