Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring timely product delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-efficient, timely, and quality-focused sourcing.
Forecasting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, adjusting supply chain processes accordingly.
Inventory Management: Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize overstock and stockouts while maximizing warehouse space and turnover.
Cost Analysis: Regularly review supply chain processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet or exceed established quality standards.
Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in supply chain management, implementing necessary changes to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, ensuring alignment of supply chain processes with business goals.
Reporting: Regularly report on supply chain metrics, performance, and areas of improvement to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the sports equipment or manufacturing sector.
Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
