Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement Manager

Welcome to our amazing Mushroom Coffee company RYZE Superfoods! We need help from a motivated and aspiring operations manager who can help with all our procurement and logistics needs. We want someone who can learn fast, be a team player, and grow along with the company long term. We need help with inventory management and making sure we never run out of stock, forecasting inventory and making purchase on my behalf for the company. The full responsibilities include:

– Managing inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
– Evaluating deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory efficiency.
– Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
– Purchases new inventory to make sure company never goes out of stock
– Forecasts future inventory needs and communicates closely with vendors
– Works to improve pricing and find cost reductions wherever possible
– Maintain strong relationship with vendors and negotiates pricing wherever possible
– Alerts the CEO (me) when inventory is running low or when there is a spike in volume
– Communicates closely with the CEO on potential future issues with supply chain and inventory
– Keeps a close eye on deliveries and makes sure all stock is delivered properly in the right quantities.
