About this role
As a result of our incredible success in the LED signs industry, we are looking for an Supply Chain Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a brand new role, reporting and working closely with the owners and the sales team where you will be responsible for efficiently managing Supply Chain for our custom neon signs range from B2B and B2C customers, focusing on the Israel and US market.
– Working closely with the sales team to get product details to start production according to customer requirements.
– Managing the production process and making sure all the details are according to the customer requirements.
– Following and managing product shipping processes from getting out of the factory all the way to customer door front.
– Dealing with product’s issues in front of the sales team and our factory.
– Working tightly with our factory in China during the entire supply chain process.
– Coordinating requests from our sales team and find solutions in front of our factory.
– Managing our finance supply chain costs.
Who You Are
– Someone with a genuine passion for the neon sign product
– Excited to become an expert and share your passion and knowledge with our team
– A natural and articulate communicator, able to liaise with factories in high volumes over ‘Wechat’ platform and calls.
– An optimistic person, able to stay calm under pressure and manage a high volume workload.
– Someone experienced with the supply chain industry.
– A highly organized person, familiar with online organizations and task management.
– The ability to work independently and take accountability for managing you
– Persistent, resilient, thorough, and patient with a solution-focused approach.
– The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team where everyone helps one another, collects insights, and contributes – – to the team’s collective progress and growth.
