JOB TITLE: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Location: Remote
Shift: 10AM-6PM AEST (8AM-4PM PHT)
Salary Range: 7-12 AUD/ Hour + Bonus

THE ROLE: NAVIGATING THE FUTURE OF SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE
We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our supply chain operations, from procurement to logistics, ensuring operational excellence across the board. This pivotal role demands not just an understanding of global supply chain logistics but a visionary approach to navigating and optimizing these complex systems. Working alongside our teams in Guangzhou, China, and Australia, you will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, managing cost, and ensuring the timely delivery of our revolutionary products to the global market order fulfillment process.

YOUR IMPACT:
+ Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with the Operations Director to develop innovative supply chain strategies that enhance scalability, reduce costs, and improve efficiency, paving the way for significant growth.
+ Supplier Management: Build and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships through skilled negotiations, ensuring compliance with our high standards for quality and ethical practices.
+ Global Sourcing and Product Procurement Expertise: Utilize global platforms like Alibaba for strategic procurement, acquiring quality, cost-effective materials essential for meeting operational demands and maintaining our market edge.
+ Procurement Excellence: Manage bi-weekly procurement cycles with precision, securing high-quality materials at competitive costs, crucial for sustaining our operational success and market competitiveness.
+ Logistics and Distribution: Ensure the efficient transportation of goods from our Guangzhou facility to the Australian market, optimizing logistics and customs processes for timely deliveries.
+ Advanced Inventory Management: Implement Zoho Inventory or equivalent systems to align inventory records accurately with actual stock levels, initiating procurement as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
+ Supply Chain and Logistics KPI Mastery: Employ a data-driven approach to define, monitor, and optimize supply chain KPIs, using your expertise in dashboard analysis to drive operational excellence.
+ Leadership and Team Development: Direct the Supply Chain team with a focus on leadership, management, and accountability, enhancing team capabilities through strategic hiring, training, and rigorous performance management.
+ Adaptability and Innovation in a Startup Setting: Excel in our fast-paced startup by innovating processes and SOPs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scaling operations effectively.
+ Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements, maintaining our agility and competitive edge in the market.
+ Team Collaboration: Champion a collaborative work environment, ensuring seamless integration across departments to achieve our strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of proven experience in supply chain management within an e-commerce or manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on systems development and process optimization.
* Advanced proficiency in Zoho Inventory or similar tools, with a track record of leveraging technology to enhance supply chain processes
* Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in supplier management.
* Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication prowess, both in writing and speech.
