Supply Chain Manager- Night Shift

In this role, you will:

Design and implement supply chain systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Conduct thorough analysis of inventory projections and trends to ensure adequate stock levels.
Develop and implement automation tools to streamline processes, such as automating the creation of box and import labels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications:

Core Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on systems building and automation.
Proven track record of implementing successful supply chain initiatives and process improvements.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
