Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, extensive experience in inventory management, and proficiency in supply chain tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring our company maintains optimal stock levels and seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
-Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
-Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
-Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Inventory Forecasting:
-Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market conditions to forecast future inventory needs.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand demand forecasts and align inventory levels accordingly.
-Utilize forecasting tools and software to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Procurement:
-Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and factories.
-Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
-Place orders and manage the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Supply Chain Optimization:
-Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and procedures.
-Implement best practices in supply chain management and stay updated with industry trends.

Vendor Management:
-Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and delivery standards.
-Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and address any issues or concerns.
-Source alternative suppliers as needed to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.

Risk Management:
-Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
-Monitor and manage supply chain disruptions to minimize impact on operations.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting and Analysis:
-Generate regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance.
-Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-4+ years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the supplement or related industry.
-Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and procurement processes.
-Excellent forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
-Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Must know QuickBooks Online.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP).
-Experience with international procurement and logistics.
-Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the supplement industry.

-Accurate Inventory Levels: Maintaining optimal stock levels through regular audits and adjustments.

-Effective Collaboration: Working synergistically with various teams to optimize the product availability and supply chain process.

Tools and Software:
-QuickBooks Online and MS Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel.
-Experience with Inventory Management Software like Extensiv is preferred.
