Job Description

Supply Chain Sourcing Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing 7 Leaves overall supply chain sourcing strategy in order to maximize the operational process efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying key products and services to support daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will play a crucial role in the company’s operations and directly affect business strategies.

Sourcing Manager duties and responsibilities:

– Plan and manage the overall supply chain and sourcing strategy
– Research to understand the company’s operational needs and requirements to increase productivity and create efficiencies
– Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers while maintaining a healthy network of strategic partners
– Negotiate pricing, contracts, and control costs
– Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall department strategies and create spending transparency
– Be up to date on the industry, market trends, commodity market, and best practices
– Focused on driving profitable growth across all 7 Leaves café
– Implement continuous process improvement principles and waste improvements
– Designed new business models and deployed strategy and technology to improve top and bottom-line performance
– Collaborate with all departments including Operations, Facilities & Accounting
– Determine key supply chain KPIs
– Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner

Sourcing Manager requirements and qualifications:

– Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Sourcing Manager for (3+) years
– Experience in Food and Beverage industry (2-3 years)
– Hands-on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, Netsuite, etc.)
– Outstanding negotiation abilities
– Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Team player
– Great work ethic & Good time-management skills
– Great interpersonal and communication skills and networking ability
– BA or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a similar relevant field
