*Role Description*
We have plans to expand our product line extensively in 2024, and we’re seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist to take responsibility for leading our catalogue’s E2E supply chain.
We’re looking for a Google Sheets expert who will not only be using, troubeshooting, and improving our inventory management documents, but building in increasing complexity as our catalogue size grows.
*In this role, you will:*
– Oversee and manage merchandise movement, distribution, and storage in our supply chain for a seamless flow.
– Coordinate and control the entire order cycle, including order processing and logistics.
– Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure optimal product availability.
– Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
– Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers, vendors, and partners.
– Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and reliable service.
– Develop effective forecast models based on business trends and demand patterns.
– Continuously monitor forecasts and take proactive measures to ensure accuracy.
– Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to the supply chain process promptly.
– Resolve problems related to transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
– Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline supply chain operations.
– Implement cutting-edge technologies and practices to drive continuous improvements.
– Leverage data insights to continuously improve supply chain efficiencies and responsiveness.
*What We Pay:*
$900 – 1,200 USD monthly

*What Hours You’ll Be Working:*
9am – 6pm EST
*You Quality If…*
You’ve worked in an Amazon FBA business for more than 3 years
Writing and speaking in English is like second nature to you
Attention to detail is something you would say is one of your strongest skills
Building complex Google Sheets formulas is something you do almost every day
Managing a project from start to finish on tools like ClickUp or Asana is something you have done for more than 3 years
Getting on the phone to speak to freight forwarders or manufacturers is something that doesn’t bother you.
Working alone on tasks while coordinating with a team is a work environment you excel in.
Skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include strong organizational skills, excellence in data analytics, and knowledge of sustainable product development.
