Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our digital marketing agency specializing in coaching services. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our coaching clients by providing ongoing support, facilitating coaching sessions, and monitoring progress. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular check-ins with coaching clients to assess progress, address concerns, and provide support and guidance.
Ensure timely and thorough responses to client inquiries, questions, and feedback, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Facilitate coaching sessions, workshops, or group discussions as needed, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.
Collaborate with coaches and other team members to develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Monitor client engagement and participation in coaching activities, proactively identifying opportunities for additional support or intervention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, using CRM software or other tools as necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams to address any technical or logistical issues affecting client experience or satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, advocating for their needs and interests within the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new coaching techniques to enhance the effectiveness of client support and services.
Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in client success management, customer support, or coaching-related roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Empathetic and client-focused mindset, with a genuine desire to help clients succeed and achieve their goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing client needs and priorities.
Proficiency in using Google sheet, Docs, and Drive, project management tools, and other technology platforms.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
Experience handling B2B or client facing account preferred
With own laptop/computer
