Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a supporting Sales representative at Bike Bubl who can work 5 days per week! As a sales representative in our team, you will be responsible for making sales, improving sales processes and ensuring the overall success of our client experience.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales representative, who can process sales, support clients through the sales process and provide assistance to our customer support team.
Your Responsibilities:
— Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and cold lead campaigns to introduce our services and nurture leads.
— Quoting and Negotiation: Provide accurate quotations and negotiate subscription terms with customers to establish mutually beneficial plans.
— Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques and upselling strategies.
— Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and adapt sales strategies to optimize performance.
— Cross Sales: Engage with existing clients to upsell additional services and subscriptions.
— Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries.
— Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.
— Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with company objectives and develop effective strategies.
— Customer Support: Provide backup support for customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry (ideally 5+ years experience)
– Drive & motivation to meet & exceed sales targets- to maximise earnings potential
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
– Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
– Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Working hours
— We require a Full time representative who can work
—- 7:00 to 16:00 UK time on Saturday and Sunday
—- 15:00 to 22:00 UK time on Monday to Wednesday
— Optional Thursday and Friday shifts available
— Some flexibility available, with correct coordination with other Sales representatives
We have a small team of sales representatives, and operate on a results basis, with generous incentives for producing excellent results
