Mars Hill Realty Group was established in 2009 and consists of a residential, maintenance and property management division. The company is licensed in Texas, Virginia, and Washington D.C and transitioned to a 100% remote workplace environment in 2018.
Mars Hill is the location in Greece where the Apostle Paul preached to a very opinionated crowd of influential philosophers and religious thinkers. Many people believed that there were more gods in Athens than men! Nevertheless, Paul boldly proclaimed the truth about Jesus and some men joined him and believed.

III. Job Description
This position is for a full-time Support Team Leader who will lead and grow a 6 person team to process applications, contracts and support general administrative-related tasks for the company. We are looking for an individual who can work independently in a structured environment by following a proven, well-defined process. Your communication style must be factual and thorough and you must have the ability to manage many individuals across different disciplines and know how to measure and assess work load across your team using analytics and data.

IV. Desired Skills & Experience
5+ year, long-term contractor position.
Will work from your home office.
Excellent communications skills and mastery of the English language; clear and concise; enjoys talking to people.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, can multi-task and follow a well-defined process.
Proactive with attention to detail, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to work well with other team members and professionals.

V. Major Job Functions

A. Team Leadership – Responsible for the personal and professional development of your team.
Commit to your own personal and professional development.
Monthly review/meetings with support team and company leadership.
Use Culture Index and work with your direct supervisor to build your team.
Lead by example – Response Times, Communication, Attitude, Company Values, Work Ethic, etc.

B. Company Processes and Projects – Coordinate with staff and vendors to successfully complete assigned tasks in CasualPM following company processes.
Meet deadlines and/or communicate with staff to obtain new deadlines to successfully complete project goals.
Work with operations manager to ensure processes are followed and improved as needed.

C. Application Processing – Process applications for tenant prospects
Confirm application receipt and completion requirements within 12 hours of submission.
Communicate with tenant prospects, real estate agents and property managers so that application recommendations can be made in a timely manner and document in Propertyware.

D. Contract Processing – Process all contract documents for the company.
Ensure thorough understanding of contract requirements and templates used for specific scenarios.
Obtain necessary signatures and conduct follow ups as needed.

E. General Administration – Overall responsibility for general administrative tasks to support the company.
Propertyware – ensure data is accurate and audited regularly.
HOA – Ensure proper coordination to obtain accurate information to pass on to tenants.
Utilities – Ensure proper coordination to ensure utilities are always on between owner to tenant and tenant to tenant changeovers.
Leads – Ensure all leads have access to home self-showing or agents
Marketing – Ensure listings have photos, videos and good copywriting to stand out among the competition.
