We are seeking a dedicated Surplus Claim Adjuster to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various aspects of real estate and collections, along with experience in searching for surplus funds, particularly in foreclosure and tax overages. If you are detail-oriented, customer-centric, and possess a blend of analytical and leadership skills, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle surplus fund claims and ensure timely processing.
Conduct lead generation and maintain a pipeline of potential surplus claims.
Engage in virtual assistance tasks to support the claim process.
Utilize skip tracing techniques for real estate, collections, and tax return/overages.
Manage data entries and maintain an up-to-date database.
Utilize various CRM tools to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
Offer solutions to customers with past due accounts, aiming to bring them to a current status.
Collaborate with sales and real estate teams to maximize surplus claim opportunities.
Coordinate and set appointments.
Lead and motivate the team, ensuring targets are met.
Required Skills:

Virtual Assistance
Collections expertise
Lead Generation capabilities
Proficient in Skip Tracing, especially for Real Estate, Collections, and Tax Return/Overages
Knowledge of overages in all states
Strong Data Entry skills
Expertise in Database Management
Proficiency in Google Suites, Pipedrive, Engagebay, Hubspot, Trello, Asana, , and CRM Salesforce
Email Management
Experience in Cold Calling for Real Estate, Overages, and Sales
Skilled in Appointment Setting
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Customer Support with a specialty in Customer Satisfaction.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights.
Experience as a Team Leader with proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Prior experience in Debt Collection, particularly with auto loan collections.
Skip Tracing experience since 2013.
Certification in Customer Business Solutions is a plus.
