-We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Systems Integrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our technological infrastructure, integrating various systems, and streamlining processes for sales, operations, and other critical business functions. The ideal candidate is proficient in development, API integration, and has experience with tools like Go High Level CRM, Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, and similar platforms.
What responsibilities are common for Systems Integrator jobs?
-Design, implement, and maintain system integrations across various platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
-Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use.
-Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and scalability.
-Document system architectures, processes, and integration flow.
-Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose integration solutions to improve business operations.
-Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.
-Drive performance, solution, and enablement aspects of the reviews.
-Coordinate with system owners with planning, implementation approaches, testing, documenting, and maintain, solutions for cloud, on premise, and hybrid services, systems or subsystems using defined processes and tools.
-Collaborate with the program management and product line teams to develop high-level control system requirements and communicate those requirements to the responsible controls engineers.
-Participate in a multi-disciplinary development team interfacing to incorporate system requirements in the controller design.
-Identify key program risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful product delivery.
-Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
-Support planning of engineering tasks, deadlines, milestones, and task sequencing and tracking of metrics for the department.
-Communicate directly with internal and external customers to drive projects to completion and resolve issues.
-Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
-Work with the project manager to define the timeline, tasks, dependencies, and priorities.
-Assist with the coordination of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
-Oversee the creation and delivery of accurate weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and account plans.
-The successful candidate will function independently to determine proper methods and procedures and supervise other personnel as part of the role.
-Proactively manage to business objectives and goals and report them in a monthly scorecard.
-Developing collaborative relationships with internal business partners such as Development, Sales, Operations, Customer -Success, and Risk to ensure the CRM product is being utilized in a strategic cross-functional manner.
Required Skills and Abilities
-Strong Project Management skills on medium to large-scale projects. Even better if these skills overlap with the Product Owner mindset.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in system integration, API development, and CRM platforms.
-Proficiency in Go High-Level CRM, Make (Integromat), Zapier, and similar integration tools.
-Strong understanding of web services, API standards, and protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.).
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
-Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integrations.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to all levels of an external organization.
-Ability to produce deliverables both independently and in cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
-Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize clearly, effectively manage multiple commitments, and communicate needs to leadership effectively.
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
-Critical thinking/analytical approach to problems. Able to set, troubleshoot, and test system configurations and processes.
-Flexibility in adapting to and leading through – changes in strategic direction and/or priorities.
-Knowing you will have a supportive team to draw from, be a self-starter with the initiative to drive projects independently wherever possible.
What are the typical qualifications for Systems Integrator jobs?
Desirable Skills:
-Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
-Prior experience in a sales or operations environment.
-Fluent in a variety of programming languages, software, and systems.
-Experience with operating systems, interfaces, computing, and scripting.
