We are in search of a creative and experienced Digital Marketing VA who can work with our client remotely. The ideal candidate should have the passion, enthusiasm, and dedication in creating digital content, and use the tools needed for this role. Additionally, the role of the Digital Marketing VA is to understand the right balance between the client’s business and the project goals.
SKILL SET
? Able to work with little supervision
? Detailed oriented/pays attention to all details to complete tasks as asked

? Good time management
? Create graphics, logos, flyers, and promotional products of all shapes and sizes
? Create content for anything that falls under the Encompassing Events and Sip Then Shop company goal
? Can work with Clickup and Honeybooks
? Work on Poetry projects, special events, gatherings,
SOCIAL MEDIA
Experience in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
? Must have social media experience and expertise
? Daily posting on all social media platforms associated with Encompassing Events, Sip Then Shop, poetry platforms, and any other social media endeavors deemed important to help grow the business
? Must be fluent in social media trends for Tiktok
? Must come up with catchy social media content and ideas to help get the business seen and grow
ClickUp
? Read thru and process, and follow daily, and weekly tasks
? Be able to find important details in SOPs to be able to complete the task
? Be assertive to ask questions when something doesn’t make sense- make sure to ask all questions within a reasonable time frame without much going back and forth
? Gather all unanswered questions, organize per task, and ask all at once
? Organize created content and files into ClickUp
? Create spaces, folders, lists, etc
GRAPHIC MATERIALS
Be familiar with
Wix, canva, adobe
? Social media images, flyers,
? pics
? Be able to use Google docs with ease
? Flyers
? Signs
? boxes
? tote bags
? be able to create and edit websites, landing pages, maps
Must be familiar with two text Texting software such as community, Klaviyo, or something similar. Experience in Zappier is a plus, not required.
