Objective: Kill our Google sheets! While effectively setting up and maintaining our internal systems.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage flow of documents and orders being exchanged
Manage setup of systems
Manage EDI integrations for our Key Retailers
Manage Internal systems
ERP
EDI Connections
WMS
Wholesale system
Manage automations
Setup and Maintain Systems QA/QC
Vendor setups

We are currently looking for someone to play an integral part of expanding and scaling an “up- and-coming” golf company. We are Sunday Golf.

More specifically- we are looking for someone that loves the idea of working in the golf industry while putting their systems, automation and efficiency skills to work to improve and create systems that will allow Sunday Golf to run smoothly and scale effectively

We are a company in start-up mode who built the company largely with Google Suite and your main objective would be to help us kill as many Google Sheets as humanly possible. We are currently in the process of setting up and integrating an ERP, WMS and Wholesale system and reducing our expenses while increasing efficiencies. That’s where you come in..

We will lean on you every day to improve the current systems we have in place and identify new systems that can take us to the next level. You don’t need to be able to program but you do need to understand how each system works independently of each other and understand how they all tie together. You will be the Conductor of the Sunday Golf Symphony. Let’s make great music together.

We would like you to be proficient at:

Base understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Base understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
System testing
Data Hygiene
Vendor accounts onboarding and setup
Communicating effectively with EDI companies
QC Maintenance of Systems
Following and Creating SOPs
Excel / Google Sheets

Experience:

Have worked with ERP and EDI for 3 years
