Position Overview:

Utilize Jobber CRM Suite to maintain and organize lead and client data efficiently.
Ensure that lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management processes are seamless within the CRM.
Marketing Automation:
Work with Active Campaign to implement and streamline marketing automation processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted email campaigns and customer journeys.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data from various sources to analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights for data-driven decision-making.
Ad Management:
Oversee advertising campaigns, including those on social media platforms and Google Ads.
Monitor ad performance, make data-driven adjustments, and optimize ROI.
Social Media and LinkedIn:
Manage our company’s social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Leverage LinkedIn to expand our network and connect with potential leads.
Brand and Culture Understanding:
Familiarize yourself with our brand vision, company culture, and target market.
Ensure that all marketing efforts align with our brand’s values and messaging.
Strategy and Deployment:
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine marketing strategies.
