Systems Designer/ Online Business Manager OBM

I’m hiring a systems designer and/or online business manager with experience helping single-owner, single-employee businesses scale.

Are you incredible at designing systems to make small businesses run better?
Do you love strategy and launching new projects?

I own a successful photography business based in the US. I have a few VAs working under me currently, but I have lofty stretch goals. I understand that to get to where I want to go, I need more systems in place. What has made me successful as a solopreneur will not get me to where I want to go.

You will likely be splitting your time as an OBM and VA at first until we onboard someone for a more permanent VA position. However, this will be valuable so you can understand and intimately know the business and my operating style and approach.

DESCRIPTION:

The systems design and OBM process we will implement:

Audit existing processes (minima since I’ve been solo for so longl)
Create overview the company goals and projects (current and upcoming)
Commercial photography brand (current)
Webmaster (gig)
Lead generation and cold emails
Wedding photography brand (current)
Building content and funnels for wedding clients (ongoing)
Social media management
Passive income streams
Yearly fundraiser (ongoing-ish)
Website
Outreach
Email list (future asap)
Establishing an associate program (future)
SOPs/training
Business struction
Photography education podcast (future)
Need manager
Build courses and offers for photo education (future)
Launch strategist
Landing pages, funnels, sales copy for edu content (future)
Visually map out company hierarchy, roles and responsibilities
Strategize new hires
Simplify internal processes; balance aesthetics and functionality
Document workflows and SOPs for current contractors and new hires
Implement needed software and tools (and research which are best)
Project Management
Internal Documentation
Communication and email
Automoation
Develop action plan for 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year achievements
Work with me on an ongoing basis to implement strategy and contractors/VAs

Qualities Needed to be Successful:

Typically, I believe that skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. However, for this role, I am looking for a seasoned pro who I do not have to train.

**Knowledgeable and Assertive: The ideal candidate knows how to take ownership of this position. You will work as right-hand person to the business owner, both directing decisions and taking feedback and running with it.

**Team player/ Clear communication: Must understand the goals and initiatives and that everyone involves plays an integral part. My VAs are based in the US and the Philippines, so being able to write fluent English, as well as work and empathize with with Filipino culture is essential.

**Integrity: You are a good fit if you can be honest with the team. Open communication and honesty are paramount to the company. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human, after all.

**Commitment: We’ve had freelancers for one project and others for over six years. We are looking for someone looking for a long-term relationship with the expectation that this will become full-time. This is not for you if you are just looking for a few months of work.

**Strong project management: From planning and execution to monitoring and reporting, you will oversee all aspects of your projects to ensure that they are completed on time and with quality.
