Reports directly to the CEO. We are a growing Appliance Repair Business and need dynamic talent to support our growth to $1 million dollars per year in revenue. Pay ranges from $5-$8/hr, depending on experience. 10-15 hours per week.

Systems Integration Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing seamless integration solutions for our diverse IT systems. The IT Systems Integration Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of information and data between different systems, optimizing overall performance, and enhancing the organization’s efficiently, effectiveness, and technological capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. System Integration Design:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design comprehensive integration solutions.
– Develop integration architecture and strategies to connect diverse IT systems and applications.

2. Implementation and Deployment:
– Execute integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
– Configure and deploy integration solutions, utilizing industry-standard tools and technologies.

3. Troubleshooting and Optimization:
– Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
– Continuously monitor and optimize integration processes for improved efficiency and performance.

4. Documentation:
– Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
– Provide training and support to end-users and teams on integration-related tasks.

5. Collaboration:
– Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration across the organization.
– Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proven experience as an IT Systems Integration Engineer or similar role.
– Strong proficiency in integration technologies and middleware solutions.
– In-depth knowledge of API development and utilization.
– Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
– Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

– Certification in relevant integration technologies.
– Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
– Knowledge of security best practices in integration.
