Job Description:
As a Systems Manager at Vocal Wallstreet, you will be a key player in optimizing our digital marketing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in Digital Marketing, coupled with proficiency in Hubspot and ClickUp. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for streamlining workflows.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and improve existing digital marketing processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and bottlenecks.
Implement and manage Hubspot CRM to enhance lead generation and customer relationship management.
Utilize ClickUp for project management and task tracking to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and maintain documentation for digital marketing workflows and procedures.
Train and support team members in utilizing Hubspot and ClickUp effectively.
Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in Hubspot , Kartra ,ClickFunnels and ClickUp is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
