Job Description

Systems & Project Manager
Remote, Part-Time

About You

Let’s start with you… Who you are and why you’d love this job.

This job is for the kind of person who lives, breathes, and thrives in finding efficient ways to organize things. Someone with a meticulous eye for detail that gets bothered when noticing 1 word is misspelled on a document or something is filed in the wrong folder. Sound like you?

You’re the perfect fit for the role if…

Your detail oriented nature isn’t a skill you’ve learned but an innate attribute you’ve exemplified since childhood. Your brain probably thinks in terms of structures and systems. And you can’t help but to organize just about everything.

Also you are a techie. Because tech is just an incredible tool for organizing and creating easier, more effective systems.

Perhaps you’ve been criticized for wanting everything structured and organized, but you won’t be here. Welcome to a job where your gifts will be celebrated and appreciated.

So, if you’ve been nodding your head the whole time you’ve been reading this, please apply to the Operations & Systems Manager position.

About Us

Your client is a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 4-14 looking for an organizer who enjoys systems.

As a member of the team of a small startup business, you will maintain and enhance current operational systems while implementing new ones that further the mission to positively impact families’ lives.

Responsibilities:
You’ll have the chance to apply your gifts to several different areas. Whether it’s the tech systems for marketing, project management, customer support or other activities, they’re all ways for you to work in your zone of genius of creating systems and keeping things organized.

You’ll be working on things like:
– Project management in Notion
– Maintaining an SOP library
– Keeping the business owner organized
– Keeping weekly staff meetings organized
– Keeping content libraries organized
– Bookkeeping
– Running reports
– Marketing tech setup
– Email automations
– Tech for a online course portal
– Responding to customer tech & billing issues

If this list of activities are outside your experience but you still feel like a fit for the role based on who you are & your detail oriented, system driven brain… then please still apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hours: Usually 10 hours per week (part-time) with the occasional 20-30 hours temporarily needed. See notes below for details.
Compensation: $4-6/hour
Flexibility: Set your own schedule and work at your convenience.
Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from anywhere.
Independent Contractor: This is a contract position without benefits. Only direct workers should apply. No agencies please.

Growth Potential:
This role has the potential to develop into a Business Manager position working 20-30 hours per week. This includes the opportunity to develop training programs, manage business operations, create complex systems, onboard new team members, confirm appointments, and follow up with leads.
