Established in 2019, we have quickly become a leading player in the industry, specializing in creating and selling custom-designed products through various POD platforms, including Amazon Merch, Spreadshirt, and others.
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative T-Shirt Designer with experience in using AI tools and working with Midjourney. As a T-Shirt Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching and unique designs that resonate with our target audience. This is a freelance/contract position, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Utilize AI tools, including Midjourney, to create high-quality, appealing t-shirt designs.
• Develop design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups to present to the team for feedback and approval.
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback and incorporate changes as necessary.
• Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the technical specifications required for production.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a T-Shirt Designer or Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in the apparel industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative designs, including t-shirt designs.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as Midjourney to create designs with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of print production processes and techniques.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Merch is a plus.
