Job Description

We are looking for a talented graphic designer for our POD (print on demand) business. We need someone with experience in graphic design for Print on Demand items who is able to handle all tasks mentioned below.

There will be an initial trial period (4 weeks) during which you will be paid on a per design basis (for each individual design). Your sample work will be examined to determine if we are a good fit. If successful, at the end of the trial period we will be able to discuss a more permanent position and compensation, as well as extended responsibilities.

Our target audience is mainly based in North America (USA and Canada). The specific market segment (niche) will be disclosed at a later stage. Experience in creating designs for the North American audience may be a decisive factor for hiring you.

Knowledge of American culture, consumer habits and way of life and excellent written English skill is a plus.

We expect the following from you:

1. Good graphic design experience and skills creating designs for T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, MUGS, BAGS, CURTAINS, FLAGS, and/or other accessories. You must be good with fronts, placements, and typography as we will have mid to long phrases.

2. We will send designs and ideas that need to be recreated to suit our brand. All designs you create must be original. You must be able to research and come up with own ideas to suit the market.

3. Creation of ad images for most of the created designs.

4. Occasional graphic design tasks for our Shopify website (banners, images, etc.)

To save time and to get this job going as fast as possible, please answer the questions below.
