Type: Freelancer $300 Dollars Monthly
Work Hours: 8hrs Daily, 5 Days a week

We are a dynamic and innovative tabletop gaming company seeking a talented and imaginative individual to join our team. Our focus is on creating unique and captivating miniature factions that stand out from traditional themes like Warhammer 40k. We value creativity and originality, and we are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and unique designs to our miniature collections.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design & Conceptualization: Develop and design unique miniature factions and themes for our tabletop games. Ensure designs are original and do not replicate existing themes such as Warhammer 40k.

-MidJourney Prompts Generation: Utilize MidJourney or similar AI tools to generate prompts that aid in the creation of distinctive and detailed miniatures.

-Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and production teams to bring your designs from concept to reality. Provide clear and detailed descriptions to ensure accurate interpretation of your ideas.

-Creativity & Innovation: Continuously brainstorm and propose new ideas for miniature factions, incorporating different themes and elements that enhance the gaming experience.

-Feedback Integration: Actively seek and integrate feedback from the team and community to refine and improve miniature
designs.

Qualifications:

-Experience with Tabletop Games: In-depth knowledge of tabletop games, especially Warhammer, and an understanding of what makes miniature factions compelling and engaging.

-Creativity & Artistic Vision: Strong creative skills with a passion for designing original and unique miniatures. Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative themes.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in using AI tools like MidJourney for generating design prompts. Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.

-Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.

-Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality and precise miniature designs.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs.
