Role and Responsibilities:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Dillon Morgan Consulting Inc., you will be responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract, select, and onboard exceptional individuals who will contribute to our company’s growth and success. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and project managers to understand the specific talent needs of our clients and the internal teams supporting these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth plans and project requirements.
Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Lead the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Employer Branding: Develop and enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Craft compelling job descriptions, marketing materials, and messaging to showcase our unique culture and opportunities.
Partnership and Networking: Build strong relationships with universities, industry associations, and other relevant networks to establish a pipeline of potential candidates.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process. Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and project leaders to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and business needs.
Onboarding: Partner with HR and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into our company’s culture and projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven track record of 5+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience in recruiting for roles within management consulting, technology, or related fields is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
