Position Description Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at iSmart Media, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent from the Philippines. You’ll leverage your expertise in recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and selection techniques to build a robust talent pipeline. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll champion employer branding and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your ability to lead from the front and engage top talent will be paramount as you drive recruitment excellence.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top-tier talent, aligned with the organization’s goals and values.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and assess candidates using proven recruitment methodologies to identify the best fit for various roles.

Employer Branding: Promote iSmart Media’s employer brand to create a positive and compelling candidate experience.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a diverse talent pool to meet current and future staffing needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and contribute to informed hiring decisions.

Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Offer Management: Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to derive insights and drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:

Several years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics for data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and selection.
Familiarity with employer branding and the ability to promote the organization’s employer value proposition.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
