JOB SUMMARY:
As a Recruiter at Certifind you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented accountants to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the selection process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, particularly in the BPO industry or accounting field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
– Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
– Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
– Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
– Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
– Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for successful candidates.
– Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate quality.
– Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment initiatives, including employer branding, talent pipelining, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the BPO industry or accounting field.
– Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
– Knowledge of accounting or finance principles and experience in recruiting accountants would be a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
