Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Work hours: Full-time 40 hours/week
Timezone: Eastern Time (U.S.)
Initial work schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $5-6 per hour DOE

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our recruitment efforts in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and proficiency in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), MS Office, and LinkedIn for sourcing and recruitment purposes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will specialize in technology hiring for the US market and will be responsible for recruiting, headhunting, and cold calling to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent for various positions within the IT industry.
Sourcing and Headhunting: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks, to source and headhunt potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone calls and cold emails to discuss job opportunities and assess interest.
Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal team members to understand hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and LinkedIn for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly and accurately communicate with internal team members and candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Experience in technology hiring for the US market is highly desirable.
Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to effectively identify and attract top talent.
