Role Overview:
ONEJuan is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, job requirements, and qualifications for open positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other creative methods.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment software.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Flexibility to work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule.
