Position Overview: 

As Talent Acquisition Specialist at Power Plus Systems, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talents in the states and internationally. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to facilitating their integration into the company. Your dedication to identifying suitable candidates for different positions will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our team.

Pay Range

$7-$8 per hour based on experience with a performance review scheduled after 90 days of employment. We believe in rewarding exceptional talents.

Objectives:

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews and final interviews.
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit for the organization.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment SOPs.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in US and international hiring practices.

Competencies:

Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to identify and evaluate the best candidates for a variety of roles.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
Adept at asking insightful follow-up questions tailored to specific roles.

Education and Experience:

Full cycle recruiting experience
US recruiting experience is a plus but not essential

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
