Job Description

Historically, at Hipnode, we’ve built our team with individuals who were ‘good enough’ to meet our needs and consistently delivered ‘satisfactory’ results. However, this approach has limited our pace of growth, demotivated our high-performers, and created an environment where mediocrity is the norm rather than the exception.

Now, we find ourselves at a pivotal crossroads. The next phase of our growth at Hipnode hinges on our ability to attract, recruit, and retain the industry’s brightest minds—nothing short of the A-Players. This is not just a policy change but a fundamental shift in approaching talent acquisition.

Securing top talent is an audacious goal, one that requires dedicated focus and commitment. This is not an area where we can afford to be ‘good enough’. Instead, we need to be excellent, and the journey towards this excellence starts here, right now.

Position Scope
Developing a compelling recruitment strategy together with our Chief People Officer
Partnering with different stakeholders to identify and prioritize our immediate and long-term hiring needs.
Creating engaging job descriptions that not only detail the responsibilities but also highlight the unique opportunities within each role.
Designing a thorough yet approachable interview process to evaluate potential candidates effectively.
Actively pursuing exceptional talent across various platforms to ensure the right people see our vacancies.
Efficiently processing applications, engaging meaningfully with candidates, and selecting the most fitting individuals for each position.
Coordinating detailed interviews and tests with the leadership team to pinpoint and secure the best candidates.
Regularly communicating insightful reports to the Chief People Officer to ensure transparency.
Predicting future hiring needs and adaptively modifying strategies as required.

Desired Requirements
5-10 years of solid experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
A knack for navigating and operating within remote work environments.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, taking the initiative where needed.
A proactive mindset and readiness to take the lead.
A problem-solving attitude, focusing on creating solutions rather than challenges.
In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and practices.
Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Excellent English communication skills, combined with strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities.
Proven success in recruiting for similar roles in the past.
Advanced technical skills.
