As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should be strategic and creative in identifying and recruiting talents. As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist you must possess a strategic mindset and be able to execute our recruitment goals. As part of our team, you are expected to inject innovative ideas into our existing recruitment strategies to create a first-class applicant experience and provide continuous feedback to improve our process.

**Demonstrated Experience In:
– Understanding selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements
– Sourcing and identifying candidates creatively
– Reviewing employment applications and assessing candidates’ qualifications
– Serving as a company ambassador and representing the company with integrity
– Ensuring the quality of candidates being hired by employing critical thinking in screening and interviewing candidates
– Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attracting high-quality talents
– Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
– Learning new systems and protocols in an agile manner
– Assisting in employer branding initiatives
– Fostering long-term relationships with candidates

**Your qualifications:
– At least 3-4 years of experience as a Recruiter preferably with experience in volume hiring
– Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
– Experience in creatively sourcing candidates using different channels
– Knowledgeable with recruitment platforms and different job boards.
– Experience in creating awareness of the company
– Ability to engage and establish professional relationships with candidates
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
– Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
– A positive, “can do” attitude
– High performer with a growth-oriented mindset
– Able to work with a team and take constructive feedback
– You have a good level of emotional, social, and relational intelligence
– A self-starter with the ability to set and achieve goals
– Methodical and attentive to details
– Amenable to US timezone working hours
– Able to work full-time
– Can start immediately
