The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in talent acquisition to source, screen, and engage candidates effectively. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to manage social media accounts, ensuring that our employer brand is presented positively to potential candidates. Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in managing social media accounts and content creation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with job boards.
A positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition and HR.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
Social Media Management
Manage and curate content for company social media accounts, with a focus on employer branding and engagement.
Create and share posts, articles, and updates to attract potential candidates and promote a positive company culture.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Candidate Engagement
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering inquiries.
Nurture candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and social media engagement.
Collaboration
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to refine recruitment processes, strategies, and social media initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
