About the job

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Ops Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, data-driven, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate should not just be adept at sourcing and interviewing candidates, but they should also understand Nomod’s culture, values, and long-term goals.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

* Be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talents to support Nomod’s growth and strategic objectives.
* Leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting plans, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and engage qualified candidates.
* Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational values.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
* Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles, probe for relevant experience, skills, competencies, and cultural fit, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
* Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, such as direct sourcing, networking, and passive candidate outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
* Work with an agile, globally distributed team and be able to harness constructive feedback.
