We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment efforts as we continue to expand our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our hiring process, ensuring we attract and engage the best talent to support our growth.

### **Job Responsibilities:**

– Review and screen resumes and applications on Indeed to identify qualified candidates for various positions within our company.
– Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process by using Google Meet and managing interview schedules.
– Conduct initial Google Meet calls to gauge candidate fit and interest, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information using our chosen applicant tracking system, ensuring a streamlined process for both candidates and our hiring team.
– Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing them with detailed information about job roles and responding to their queries promptly.
– Support administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including reference checks, and preparing onboarding documents for new hires.
– Generate regular recruitment reports and updates for the HR team, aiding in the optimization of our recruitment strategies.

### **Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in an HR, administrative, or recruitment role, preferably with exposure to the laundry service industry or similar.
– Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
– Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Proficient in using Google Suite, Indeed for employers, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
– A positive attitude, with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
– Educational background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
