Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to proactively identify and engage top talent through online channels, significantly contributing to the talent pipeline by sourcing and conducting initial screening interviews.

What You’ll Do
Utilize online platforms and networking strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct initial screening and culture fit interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
Drive talent lead generation efforts to increase the number of applications.
Implement initiatives to enhance talent retention and reduce turnover rates.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships online.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with online sourcing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Experience in driving talent lead generation and retention initiatives is preferred.
