Job Description:

Our organisation is seeking a driven and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our dynamic recruitment processes.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our internal needs as well as our third-party client projects.

The roles that the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be hiring for will be:

– e-Careers internal roles.
– External apprenticeship vacancies.
– Vacancies where we attract talent for internal and third party government funded training programmes.

Responsibilities:

– Work collaboratively with the Head of Talent to comprehend the company’s hiring needs, projects and goals.
– Perform job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives.
– Understand qualification criteria if recruiting for government funded courses.
– Post jobs to appropriate job boards.
– Screen candidates’ CV’s and applications.
– Schedule and facilitate online interviews.
– Work with the social media team to advertise roles on e-Careers social channels.
– Utilise candidate databases and professional networks to recruit prospective talent.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
– Actively headhunt and network to establish robust candidate pipelines and talent pools.
– Implement efficient and quality recruitment process for hiring, including interviewing and hiring of candidates.
– Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
– Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and industry trends.

The candidate would need to work UK hours (GMT) 8.30am to 5.30pm (within a 1 hour lunch break) (Total 8 hours per day).

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
– Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proficient in the use of recruitment software or Applicant Tracking System (we use Manatal).
– Able to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.

– Strong decision-making skills.
– Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
– Sound judgment and the ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
– High-level professionalism and confidentiality.
– Comfortable with building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
