Overview
PlanetArt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will help shape our talent acquisition strategy, help maintain compliant HR processes, and be a key component in fueling the growth of our people. This is a fully remote position.
You will provide invaluable support and recruiting assistance to our US and Philippines requisitions.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key part of our HR Team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, humble and smart. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in HR and recruiting software.
What You’ll Do
• Source, screen, recruit, and interact with candidates and applicants.
• Ensure minimum requirements are met for the job.
• Perform staffing duties, including identifying and hiring employees and contractors in several key areas of the business: graphic designers, administrative professionals, managers, directors, and more.
• Plan and conduct orientation and execute appropriate activities to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Administer HRIS, ATS, and all performance management systems as needed.
• Manage PlanetArt’s LinkedIn account to ensure a constant social media presence.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 4-5 years experience in recruiting US AND Philippines roles
• Be able to work during Pacific Standard Time hours
• End-to-end experience in recruitment
• Experience Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
• Excellent detail orientation and initiative and foresight
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely motivated and driven to lead with a continuous improvement mind-set
• Ability to work with everyone in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner
• Interact with Hiring Managers and ensure consistent updates are provided on their requisitions
• Effectively plan ahead to anticipate problems and prepare solutions

Technical Requirements
• Own Computer (Windows 10 or higher, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor)
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Private, distraction-free environment
• Reliable high-speed internet access (non-Wifi connection for computer)
• Experience working from home in Customer Service preferred
