Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisitions Lead. The Talent Acquisitions Lead will be responsible for finding, nurturing, and developing talents within our organization. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s needs.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions that attract qualified
candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify and engage
with potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate
qualifications and fit with company culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation, onboarding, and training.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their recruitment skills and contribute to the overall success of the talent
acquisition function.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires to the organization
• Conduct training evaluation

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling roles across various levels and functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualities:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Has a positive, professional phone & email demeanor.
• Has a typing speed of at least 45 words/minute.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also OFF on Company Holidays.
