Who We Are Seeking
We are currently seeking a proactive Talent Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of MZMO, responsible for supporting talent acquisition efforts through candidate outreach, funnel operations and coordinating interviews. Your role will involve identifying and nurturing top-of-funnel talent, recruiting analytics and coordinating meetings for the founder and clients. In doing so, you will help MZMO serve our clients, all of whom are trying to create a better world.

Responsibilities
– Candidate Outreach: Actively reaching out to potential candidates, engaging them, and communicating the opportunities available at MZMO.
– Funnel Operations: Managing the recruitment funnel, which includes activities such as sourcing, coordinating and shortlisting candidates.
– Interview Coordination: Facilitating the interview process by scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates with the founder and clients.
– Recruiting Analytics: Utilizing data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
– Possess 1+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
– Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a knack for follow-up.
– Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a creative mindset, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and – growth.
– Fluent proficiency in both English, showcased through excellent verbal and written communication.
